Currently, there are only three exterior recording devices on the property: one Ring doorbell camera at the front entry, one exterior driveway camera, and one camera facing the boat lift/dock area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the home and property so you can relax and enjoy your stay in comfort and privacy. You’re welcome to use all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the pool, outdoor spaces, and the dock area during your visit. For the safety of our guests and to protect personal belongings, a small owner’s closet inside the home and select garage cabinets will remain locked. The boat lift and boat are not available for guest use; however, you are welcome to bring or rent your own boat and tie up at the designated dock space. Please use proper bumpers/fenders to protect both your vessel and the dock. The inflatable jacuzzi and electric bikes are personal items and are not available for guest use. We truly appreciate your understanding and care for our home, and we’re confident you’ll have a wonderful, relaxing stay!

It’s a wonderful way to explore the neighborhood, especially in the mornings or evenings when the weather is cooler. 🚤 By Boat One of the best perks of staying in SW Cape Coral is Gulf access.
